I am a mother of two, a postpartum doula, and a yoga teacher living in Massachusetts.
As a certified Perinatal Yoga Teacher and Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula, I support mothers and families through the tender transition into new parenthood. This work is a reflection of my heart and a natural expression of my nurturing spirit.
My path has been shaped by a deep calling to become a mother. I completed my yoga teacher training in 2015 and became certified in Prenatal Yoga in 2016, three years before welcoming my son in 2019. The same year I became a mama, I also trained as an Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula to learn how to offer deeply nourishing and personalized care for parents after birth.
Both of my postpartum journeys revealed the raw beauty and vulnerability of being newly born into motherhood. The arrival of my son and daughter opened me to the tenderness of creating new life while growing into myself as a mother. During those times, I learned firsthand the value of nourishment, rest, and the presence of community.
I bring a blend of personal experience and professional training into every family I support. Whether through my work as a postpartum doula, yoga teacher, or community builder, I walk alongside new parents from preconception and pregnancy into the fourth trimester and beyond.
I’m passionate about supporting families as they cross the threshold into new parenthood, helping them feel nourished, grounded, and connected through the beauty and vulnerability of this tender season.
